Working principle:
1. Material input: First, add the material to be mixed into the trough container of the mixer through the feed port.
2. Mixing trough shape: The mixing trough of the trough mixer is usually U-shaped. This shape is conducive to the circulation and mixing of materials.
3. Stirring movement: The main motor drives the reducer through the V-belt pulley, and then transmits it to the stirring paddle after deceleration, turning the material over to complete the mixing work.
4. Material dispersion and exchange: Under the action of stirring movement, the material will be continuously dispersed and exchanged. In this way, the particles and powders between the materials can be fully contacted and mixed to achieve a uniform mixing effect.
5. Unloading after mixing: The pouring motor drives the worm gear through the V-belt pulley to decelerate and transmit it to the mixing barrel connecting sleeve. The motor rotates forward and reverse, and can control the left and right pouring action of the barrel body. When pouring, press the up and down buttons of the pouring motor on the control panel to make the barrel body pour. When discharging, the main paddle can operate to push the material out of the barrel body.
