Working Principle of Universal Pulverizer Simple

The Universal Pulverizer Simple operates on the principle of high-speed, relative motion between a movable and a fixed plate to pulverize materials.

Specifically, materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and are propelled towards the chamber wall by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the movable disk.

The materials are then pulverized through the combined actions of impact, shearing, grinding between the steel teeth on the movable and fixed disks, and inter-material collision. This process effectively utilizes multiple mechanical forces to achieve efficient material pulverization.
